Hedwig

Hedwig is Harry Potter's pet Snowy Owl. She first appears is in the first book, when Hagrid gifts her to him as his 11th birthday present. Throughout the duration of the series, she proves herself quite resourceful and intelligent, always returning to him even when he relocated without warning. She also proved to be one of his most loyal companions up until her death in the seventh book. 
 
Crochet Hedwig is an all-white amigurumi project with the black speckles embroidered into the wings. Around her neck is a Gryffindor scarf, replicating the look of the ones seen in the fourth movie," Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire". Two black, plastic buttons are stitched onto the head, and her beak is embroidered onto the front.  Therefore, I advise caution when gifting Hedwig to your little ones. (: 
 
The Hedwig project is a relatively simple one, and should only take about a week to complete. However, I ask that everyone please adhere to the 1-2 week processing time, as I do not crochet full-time.
