Below will be a list of commonly asked questions and a list of my shop's policies. As my shop is very small, there are - unfortunately- no exceptions to any of my shop policies. Thank you so much for your understanding!! (:

FAQ

How do I purchase a custom item?

Purchasing a custom is super easy. Shop all custom items that are available in my shop, and select the one that best meets the criteria you are looking for. My most popular requests have been already made into custom listings, such as cats, dogs, Pokemon, and houseplants. If your custom does not meet that criteria, find the size for the item you would like to order and order it via size. (:

Can I return my non-custom item?

In most cases, the answer is no. I rarely make exceptions.

Can I cancel my custom once it is ordered?

No. I do not accept returns in my shop, and I definitely will not accept returns for customs once I have started making the order.

Do I have to pay shipping, taxes, and customs/ import taxes?

Yes. All buyers are responsible for sales taxes, shipping costs, and taxes imposed by customs/ imports.

What is the processing time for my order?

The items in my shop are made to order. Unfortunately, they will not ship as quickly as other shops that have pre-made items. All my items will have processing times listed with the item description. I ask that you please allow that much time prior to requesting the status of your order. (:

What is your privacy policy?

I will NEVER personally sell your data to any person or entity. EVER. However, what Wix decides to do with your private information is entirely up to them. A copy of their privacy policy can be found by copying and pasting the link below (:

What if I want my item processed faster?

Depending on how busy the shop currently is, I may allow for expedited orders. However, expedited orders will have an additional non-negotiable fee of $25 tacked onto them. I will not, under any circumstances, rush order any custom items.

Will my order ever get cancelled by you?

I have yet to break ties with a customer, but please note that I have a zero tolerance policy for rude, racist, or derogatory language of any kind towards me or anyone involved with my shop (including but not limited to my employee(s), customers, etc.) If any of this occurs, I reserve the right to cancel your order without notice and permanently ban you from my site.
