Mimikyu

Mimikyu

Mimikyu is a dark/fairy type Pokemon that appears disguised as a Pikachu. It wears yellowish rags, has drawn on eyes and cheeks, has two eye slits in the bottom for its eyes, and has tipped ears. On occasion, the Pokemon will expose an appendage from underneath the rag, but no one has seen its true form. In the anime, there is a shiny variant of this Pokemon, but it is said to be the ghost of Mimikyu, taking on a grey and white coloration. In Pokemon Adventures, Mimikyu is noted to hide in urban settings, one actually living in an abandoned Pokemart. (For more information, visit Bulbapedia: the official Pokemon Wiki).

Crochet Mimikyu is very easy to make, and will take about 1-2 weeks to make. He is stitched with standard yarn, stuffed with Polyfiber fill, and has two button eyes (so please be careful if you are gifting him to your little ones!). The actual doll is relatively large. From base to ears, the Pokememon is about 9 inches tall.
